UX CHALLENGES
The goal was to aim at private clients and present the products in a friendly way. Electrical supplies are not product that we use to buy everyday.
The common user has a very limited knowledge of the electrical products he/she needs to buy.
Therefore, the main challenge was to design the high quality support.
UX SOLUTIONS
The customer support is presented from the early beginning on the page.
The form that helps users to find exact products is situated in the 1st screen. User can filter the needed element by brand, category or type. Search will list also complementary products in case there are some. This way user is instructed of the most important elements that she/he needs to buy.
Support is promoted by banners on the rest of the home page.
The service provides the wide variety of articles on electricity development and renovation services.
